It's set up by conversation rather than a switch — tell us which accounts you have and we'll connect them and run the first sync together. More channels are on the way; we'll only ever tell you about the ones that are live.
The things people ask first
What happens if I go over my send limit?
Nothing stops. The extra sends bill at $2 per 1,000 on your next invoice. A campaign halting halfway through its list would cost you more than the overage does.
Is there a free trial?
No. You pick a plan, enter a card, and start — and you can cancel whenever you like. We'd rather price it fairly than build the cost of trials into everyone's bill.
What counts as AI usage?
Generating copy, images and video, the assistant, and anything Autopilot writes. Each plan includes an amount; beyond that it's billed as used, and you can see exactly what it went on.
Do I send through your infrastructure?
You can, or you can connect your own email provider and phone numbers. Bringing your own keeps your sending reputation yours, which matters more the more you send.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, either direction, and the change takes effect immediately. If you outgrow your sends every month, the next plan up is usually cheaper than the overage.
What does Agency Replacement actually replace?
The work an agency does monthly: the campaigns, the content, the posting, the reporting. It runs from one place and doesn't need briefing every month.
Can Growth7 report on my paid ads?
Yes, on Agency Replacement and Managed Growth. Connect a Meta ad account and the Advertising page shows spend, attributed revenue, and ROAS per campaign. Google, TikTok, and Amazon are next; we set the accounts up with you, so start with the contact form rather than a plan card.
Do I need Managed Growth for paid ads?
No. Agency Replacement includes the paid ads reporting; Managed Growth adds our team running a new initiative every week around it. On either plan, we connect the ad accounts with you.
