Delete Your Account

Request Deletion

To delete your Growth7 account, email hello@growth7.io from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject line "Delete my account". If you can no longer reach that address, tell us which account you mean and we will confirm it is yours before acting.

What We Delete

• Your Growth7 account and sign-in credentials.
• Your name and email address.
• Your access to every Growth7 workspace you belong to.

What Your Organization Keeps

Campaigns, posts, uploaded media, and other content you created in a workspace are Customer Data belonging to the organization that owns that workspace. Deleting your account does not delete that content; your organization’s administrator can have it removed. We keep limited records where the law requires it, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Timing

We will confirm once your account has been deleted, and respond within the period required by applicable law.
